At Fowler & Powell, we believe pro-activity is needed in order to find your perfect home. Typically, buyers will wait for properties to appear online via an online property platform such as Rightmove. However, by becoming an Exclusive Buyer, you put yourselves ahead of the market by being kept informed of sellers that are coming to the market and may want to find a buyer without having to go through the whole process of going online.

Our aim at Fowler and Powell is to take away the stress that generally comes with selling and buying. By having a buyer that has already provided us with all of the essential details we need to qualify an offer, this gives our sellers immense relief to know that – pending a successful viewing – the buyers are ready to get the ball rolling which can sometimes save weeks in the process; all the while giving our buyers a platform where they don’t have to compete against scores of other interested parties.

An exclusive buyer is a buyer that wants to give themselves the best chance to stop missing out on properties due to the amount of competition in the area. It is a buyer that receives information on properties before they are released on the open market. For example, sellers that would like to sell on a low-key basis – without going online – will be introduced to our exclusive buyers, whose property requirements match our seller’s property’s attributes.


At Fowler and Powell, we take the selling and buying process very seriously and we believe nothing demonstrates a serious buyer more than having provided us with all of the relevant information and documentation before having even found your next home!
