Ways we can look after your tenants
Our fees vary based on the package the best fits your needs. Our packages range between £750 + VAT to £1,000 + VAT for set up fees, along with 12% – 16% + VAT for monthly management fees.
Let only package
Fowler & Powell provide a full marketing service, referencing, preparation of tenancy agreements and helping the tenant move in swiftly, we hand over responsibility to you once the tenant has collected the keys.
Premium Managed Package
This includes everything within the Let Only package, along with our signature, Free Initial Call Out service, photographic inventories, property inspections and everything that is designed to keep your property and tenants safe and secure.
Premium Plus Managed
This includes everything within the Let Only package and the Premium Managed Package, plus the inclusion of the cost of Re-let and Section fees.
