Out and about…
Avenue des Hirondelles is a private road that becomes a path out to the countryside, providing
walking routes right on the doorstep. Weekends can be spent walking in the fields and hills
around, finished with a delicious gourmet meal at the White Hart public house, just a short walk
from home. The village has a post office and general store a 5-minute walk from the property.
Otley is just 2 miles away, where you will find shops and supermarkets, and the property is
located equidistant from Harrogate, Leeds and Bradford, meaning that transport links, motorway
