How do we do this? Each of our property experts will only have a maximum of 8 properties they are managing at any one time. This allows your dedicated property expert to give your home the time and commitment needed to execute an effective plan that makes certain you will find the best buyer available and achieve the best price possible.

It is important to understand your circumstances, whether you are selling to purchase a bigger property, to move closer to ‘outstanding’ rated schools or due to probate, our experts are experienced and therefore can truly empathise with your situation and treat the move as if it were themselves..


Communication is key in everything we do and when it comes to selling your home it takes precedence. At Fowler & Powell you are assigned a dedicated property expert that will assist you from the initial valuation right through to the point you are ready to hand over your keys for completion. This makes sure that nothing is missed, you know who you are talking to at all times, and you are able to build a lasting relationship with one person from the very beginning.

Waiting List

Due to the nature and care given by all our staff the majority of our vendors come from recommendations. As we only allow a maximum of 8 properties at any one time we often have a few people on a waiting list before we can actively market their property. We advise that our vendors plan ahead and come to us in advance to avoid disappointment when they are ready to make the move. We are very strict when it comes to this, as we believe if we were to market your property as the 9th it will be doing an injustice to yours and the other 8 properties we are managing.
